It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katherine Dianne Nickerson of Centreville, Nova Scotia, born in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cleveland "Cleve" Nickerson and Virginia "Skippy" Nickerson (Atwood) of Centreville, NS.; and her brother Jack Nickerson of Upper LaHave, NS.. She is survived by : her sons, Mark Wickens, Quent Wickens (Lisa) and North; her grandchildren, Abbey and Nate Wickens; and her siblings, Arthur "Bud" Nickerson (Diane) of Centreville, NS and Pamela Hatfield (Robey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation or Victoria Hospice, both of which provided excellent care and support at the end of Dianne's life.
