We bid farewell to Geraldine Donovan (Chester Basin, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2024 at the age of 98. Geraldine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cape Breton Gaelic and Agnes MacLean (MacDonald); her daughter Georgia; her husband Robert Donovan; and her siblings, Marguerite MacSween of Ironville, C. B. and Michael MacLean.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ellen Donovan, Gordon Hebb, Alice, John, Andrew, Rebecca, Michael and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Westley, Rhys Hamson and Kyver Thomas.
