We bid farewell to Geraldine Donovan (Chester Basin, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2024 at the age of 98. Geraldine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cape Breton Gaelic and Agnes MacLean (MacDonald); her daughter Georgia; her husband Robert Donovan; and her siblings, Marguerite MacSween of Ironville, C. B. and Michael MacLean.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Ellen Donovan, Gordon Hebb, Alice, John, Andrew, Rebecca, Michael and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Westley, Rhys Hamson and Kyver Thomas.

A graveside service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at 395 Borgels Point Rd, Chester Basin, NS B0J 1K0.
