He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McKinley and Eva McKinley (Macumber); his wife Anne McKinley; and his son Jeffrey McKinley. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy (Donald) and Gayle (David); his grandsons, Michael and Mason; his close friend Frances; his pet Benje; and his siblings, Ralph, Robert McKinley and Annette McKinley.

Donations in memory of Ronald can be made to the Summerville Volunteer Fire Department, c/o Gladys Sanford or the Cheverie Cemetery c/o Margie Smith - Windsor A private family graveside committal service will be held in the Cheverie Cemetery at a later date.
