He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Macumber and Ada Macumber (Mills); and his siblings, Fulmore, Edgar, Vincent, Ester and Ethel.

He is survived by: his wife Muriel; his children, Donna (Chris), Winston Jr. "Bub" (Tracy) and Garnet (Tracey); his grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor, Ethan and Austin; his brother Wesley Macumber; and his stepchildren, Mathew Griffin, Elaine Stoner (Arthur) and Robin Trebinski. He is also survived by friends, driving his buggy with Mom visiting friends.
