With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Graham (Clyde River, Nova Scotia), who passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sibling Leslie. She is survived by: her husband James Graham Sr.; her sons, James Graham Jr. (Ronda) and Edsel Graham (Sonya); and her siblings, Mary (Bob), Edsel (Dot), Lorne (Joyce), Darlene Anthony (Florance) and Henry (Peter). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
No flowers by request, memorial donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
