He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Perry of Clyde River. He is survived by: his father Tony Perry; his wife Annie; his children, Cody (Krystyna), Chelsea and Jarrett; his sisters, Tanya Pentz and Stacey Swim (Billy); his parents-in-law, Stanley and Laura Kelley; and his sister-in-law Lorie Nearing (Mark). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.
