He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woods and Alvina Woods (Melanson); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Marshall and Rick Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Kerstin; his children, Megan Woods (Andy Van Oers) of Coldbrook, Kate Woods of Coldbrook and Jesse (Aurélie Balestro); his sisters, Debra, Terese Andrews and Noella "Noey" Woods (Bryon Crossman); his grandson Ethan Woods; and his family, Dr. Barbara Ross, Chuck, Dr. Suiter and Dr. Ozon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and, friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
