She was predeceased by : her parents, David Barrett and Rolene Barrett. She is survived by : her husband Victor Penney; her sons, Matthew Penney (Jess) and Christopher Penney (Stacey); her grandchildren, Celeste, Rose (Penney), Quinn and Zoey (Penney); and her sister Jacqueline Barrett.
