With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lynn Nettie Preeper of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Currie Clyde Hirtle and Dorinda Harlow Zwicker. She is survived by: her husband Donald Thomas Preeper; her sons, Donald John Preeper (Nancy) of Easter Preston, NS and Mark Anthony Preeper (Rosanne) of Cole Harbour, NS; and her siblings, Frances Marie, Effie Udarah, Norma Irene, Eva May, Hilda Roseline, Evelyn Louise, Flossie Edith, Dale Ann, Burlyn Clyde, Randall Eldon, Wilfred Ervin, Glenwood Currie, James Henry, Douglas St. Clair and David Howard. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

“There are no words to express the sorrow that Bruce and I feel at the loss of Lynn. I know we have not been in touch for the last few years, I often remembered the good times we had together... fishing trips- Lynn with a fish hook in her cheek and we took off for Twin Oaks in our hip waders to have it removed. Canoeing - Lynn's perfect jackknife between 2 canoes without getting a drop of water on herself...hilarious! Lynn loved her family unconditionally and I can't imagine a world without her”
