She was predeceased by: her siblings, Doris and Willis; and her grandson Steven. She is survived by: her parents, Leo and Eva; her husband Alexander Schimp (Alec); her children, Wayne (Sandra), Garry (Linda), Diane (Gary), Terry, Donald, Joy and Sue (Garry); and her brothers, Anselm and Maurice. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
