She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Morreau (Gaskell) and William Gaskell (Billy); her son Justin Parks; her brother Larry Gaskell; and her sisters-in-law, Eunice Gaskell and Marilyn Gaskell.

She is survived by: her husband Blair Doyle; her sons, Steven (Angela) and Corey Parks (Leah); her brother Donald Gaskell; her stepdaughter Liz Doyle-Willis; her sister Darlene Gaskell-Chandler (John); her sister-in-law Vladka MacDonald; her uncle Arthur Clattenburg (Marion); her grandsons, Tyler and Brody Parks; her siblings' children, Annette Motter (Dan), Angela Burke (Cameron), Michelle Gaskell (Brenda), Julie Desgagne (Guy), Shawn Gaskell, Ryan Smart-Chandler (Stacy) and Megan Chandler (Kyle); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Hannah, Dylan, Grace, Wyatt, Rachelle, Emalla, Zachary, Keagan and Avery; and her former husband Murray Parks.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cole Harbour Funeral Home & Crematorium (1234 Cole Harbour Rd, Cole Harbour, NS B2V1N2). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Port Medway Fire Hall.
