He is survived by: his wife Ruth of Owen Sound; his children, Ted Legate (Sandra) of West Kelowna, BC and Marjorie Legate of Toronto; his granddaughters, Sarah Legate of Cole Harbour, NS and Tori Legate of Edmonton, AB; and his sister-in-law Joan Legate of Eagle Lake, ON..
