He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Dewell); his children, Andrew David of Aylesford and Joanne Lesley of Wetaskiwin, AB; his brother Philip (Catherine) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Rachael and Daniel; his nephew Jason; and his niece Sarah.
