She is survived by: her husband Richard Lively; her children, Nichole Lively (Brandon), Robert Jones, Kristi McAllister (Wayne), Jody Lively (Jamie) and Lisa Lively (Graham); and her grandchildren, Izabelle of Kyler, J. D., Jayden, Keegan, Hanna and Kinsley.
