She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Surette (DeViller) and Ruisseau (Formerly Eel Brook) of Nova Scotia; and her siblings, Margaret, Marion, Frances, Blanche, Noella, Lydia, Evelyn, Johnny, Peter and Paul.

She is survived by: her children, David (Maggie), Gail Crawford (Robert) and Corrina Dick (Gordon); her granddaughters, Sarah Innes (Mike), Kristin Pelrine (Matt) and Julia Dick; her great grandchildren, Norah Devenney and Lachlan Innes; and her friend Frank Matthews.
