She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Palmer and Myrtle Palmer (Walsh); her husband John; her daughter Cynthia Arab; her grandson Nicholas Lane; and her siblings, Dorothy Lawson, Linda Palmer, Wallace, Lawrence, Earland and Darrell.
She is survived by: her sons, John (Donna) and Richard (Glenda); her son-in-law Gregory Arab; her siblings, Lillian Wagner, Kathleen Lawson (Steve), Fenton Palmer and Walter Palmer (Marlene); and her grandchildren, Sophia, Alexander and Olivia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
