She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cashin and Ruth Cashin; her nieces, Stephanie and Nikki; and her close friend Janice.

She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Alicia (Mike), Angela, Jodi (Greg), Sarah (Norm), Marlene (Harvey), Tanya (Ian) and Gary Jr. (Ashley); her siblings, David (Lynn) and Beverly; her grandchildren, Ella, Emily, Simone, Robbie, Josie, Brenna, Angela, Holly, Carrie, Braxton, Hunter and Autumn; her great grandchild Quinn; her sister-in-law Donna; her siblings' children, Jennifer and Christian; and her daughter Maddie.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
