She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hawkins and Edna Hawkins (Smith); her husband James Edward Duncan; and her son Andrew James Duncan. She is survived by: her daughter Terry Matthews; her grandchildren, Abby (Kevin), Ian (Shannon) and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Liam of Dartmouth, Sam of Dartmouth, Auryn of Dartmouth and Jace of Dartmouth; and her sisters, Phyllis McColl (Ed) of Hamiton and Nancy Kasten (John) of Arizona.
