It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Louise MacPherson in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lillian Mable (Richardson) and Theodore Archibald Bowman; her spouse Allister Ralph MacPherson; her daughters, Stephanie Wiles (John), Louise MacDonald and Sandra (Jerry Butler); her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Justis Wiles, Adrienne (Mark Sweeney) and Barbara MacDonald (Daniel Williams); her stepgrandchildren, Jeremy and Kasha Butler; her great grandchildren, Julian, Achilles, Charlotte and Allister; her siblings-in-law, Don MacLean and Diane Hill; her pet Wall-E; and her friend Dudley. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

The women played regularly up to the pandemic in 2020.
