He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrum Noseworthy and Betty Bosch (John); his son Earle; his siblings, Little Gloria, Marsha, Big Gloria and Joey; his great-niece Lisha Marie; and his father-in-law Hughie Cummings.

He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Jacklynn (Nehemiah) and Terry; his sisters, Rose (Jason) and Kathy; and his mother-in-law Betty Cummings. He is also survived by many friends and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 1.4.3. forever.
