He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin, Stephen, Mary Lou, Anne and Carylle; his wife Mabel; his children, Kathleen Day, Derrick Doherty (Cindy), Sylvia Wournell (Stephen) and Maria Fahie (Dan); his grandchildren, Joe, Angela, Sylvia and Jonny Day; his children, Bryan, Sarah, Caitlyn Doherty, Cheryl Crocker, Andrea Alvarado, Mackenzie Postle and Miranda Fahie; his grandsons, Jimi Day, Adam, Ben and Austin Crocker; and his great grandchildren, Jazmine, Josephine Jonchere and Alice Day.
In lieu of flowers, if someone wishes to commemorate him, his wishes were that they donate to a charity of their choice.
