He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Williams (Barbara) and Dorothy Williams (John Bourgeois); his stepmother Barbara Williams; his sisters, Victoria Bourgeois and Glenda Williams; his uncles, Gerald Williams and Clare Williams; and his aunt Verna Strachan.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams (Fitzgerald); his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Carla of Abbotsford, BC; his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law Robert Smith; his daughter Tracey; his granddaughters, Shelby, Jordan, Ottawa, Emily and Brianna; his stepfather John Bourgeois; his siblings, Gary, Queenie Bond, Jim and Debbi Fitzgerald; his nephews, Jarrett and Josh Bond; his aunt Jane Williams; his cousins, John and Nicole Williams; his brother-in-law Louis Bourgeois; his uncles, Edgar Dort (Diane) and Hubert Bennett; and his pet Cleo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
