He is survived by: his wife Donna Adrienne Hull; his sons, Michael (Kathryn) and Kevin (Jake); his sister Leah Thiel (Robert); his brother-in-law David Bruce; his nieces, Suzanne Bruce and Bryanna Outhwaite; his nephew Matthew Thiel; and his grandchildren, Adam, Ryan and Lauren Hull.
