He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Chalmers; his close friend Lise; his children, Sarah (Todd), Elizabeth, Anthony and Andrew; his siblings, Micheal and Loraine (Ferdinando); his siblings' children, Francis, Jonathan and Mario; his grandchildren, Easton and Gavin; his wife Lise; and his pets, Molly, Hunter, Teddy and Rover. He is also survived by children.
