He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bruce, Ann Hudson, Fred and Anna Bishop; his uncle Michael Bishop; and his cousin Tara Bishop.

He is survived by: his parents, Claude Hudson and Catherina Hudson (Trink); his sister Karen Merlin (Ed); his aunts and uncles, Judith Hudson, Lorelle Gillis Antigonish (John), Vernon Hudson (Elizabeth), Helen Lydon (Floyd), Bernadette VanDuydendyk (Richard), Fred Bishop (Heather), Bill Bishop and Cal; and his niece Emma Merlin.
