It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce Livingston (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Leamington, Ontario, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Livingston and Julia Livingston; his children, James Livingston (Dale Dostaler) and Marilyn Mattson; his siblings, Betty, Kenneth Livingston and Ross (Pat Melmine-Livingston); his sister-in-law Lenore Livingston; his parents-in-law, Robert Stevenson, Audrey, Floyd Fitzgerald, June, Robert Lewis, Lillian Stevenson (Chattington), Marlene Stevenson, Kirk Biljetina and Harry Salway; and his wife Shirley Stevenson.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara; and his brothers, Murray and Robert Livingston (Lucy Hagen). He is also survived by nine grand-children; 21 great-grand-children; and one great great-grandson; his in-laws.
Arrangements have been entrusted to A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St., Dartmouth, with Celebration of Life be held on October 16, 2020 at 2:30 PM in the funeral home chapel and will be in consideration of regulations related to COVID-19 requirements.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer Society of Canada, or a charity of your choice.
