He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Josey. He is survived by: his great grandchild Zandar; his granddaughter Deborah; his sister Therese; his close friends, Derrick, Darlene (David), Amanda (Jonathan), Darrell (Andrea), Mark, Rachelle and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Jayde (Philip), Taylor, Owen, David, Kai, Chloe and Jasmine; and also, Jean (Jim), Paulette, Dianne (Steve) and David (Vicki). He is also survived by his mother, father, sister, four brothers.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
