He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his brothers, Donald, Kirk, Michael and John.

He is survived by: his children, John (Judith), Beth (Jody), Greg (Marianne), Peter (Ronalda) and Kathleen (Paul); his brother Robert (Eleanor); his sisters-in-law, Ruth, Rosemary and Anita; his grandchildren, Miranda, Noel, Peter, Emma, Maria, Emily, Conor, Eve, Nicholas and Chloe; and his great grandchild Mcaleigh.

Due to the Covid restrictions as private family service will take place Christ Church, Dartmouth on Saturday, October 10, 2020.
