It is with sadness that the passing of Catherine Cable (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) is shared. Catherine, born on November 26, 1932, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Najib Arab (James Thomas); her husband Fred; her sons, Laurence "Lou" and Alan; and her siblings, Charlie, Leo, Frank, Joseph, Kathleen "Jennie" Haywood, Sadie Cooke and Marguerite "Mickey" Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan (Merethe), Gerald and Charlene (Ross Lloy); her grandchildren, Steve, Linda, Daniel, Kate, Ben and Danielle; and her great grandchild Pearl.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Thomas More Church (15 Caledonia Rd, Dartmouth, NS B2X1K7). A reception will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
