He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Howlett; his brothers, Shane Mandziuk and Bobby Langille; his children, Josh Jollymore, Olivia, Auntie and Yvonne Boutlier; and his siblings' children, Olivia Cleavland, Kaitlyn Mandziuk, Noah, Eli and Remmy.
