We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Chardell Elizabeth Tully of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Cmdr; her husband James Herbert Tracy of Halifax; and her siblings, Kathleen Frank (Strathroy Ontario) and Charles Edward Richardson (Butch). She is survived by: her sons, Richard Charles, Randolph George of Halifax and Kenneth Lloyd of South Carolina; and her sister Beverly Ann Mallory of Brockville Ontario. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
