He is survived by: his parent Muriel Otto (Leedham); his wife Marie Otto (Beach); his children, Heather Kelly (Jack), Deborah Otto and Brian Otto; his grandchildren, Dayna Marshall (Phenrick) and Sean Hatchette (Gabriela); his stepgranddaughter Katie Sangster (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Noah Marshall and Owen Marshall; and his sibling's children, Robert Akerley of Dartmouth and Valerie Rosen (Michael).
