He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Levy and Josephine Levy (Logan). He is survived by: his wife Nora (Murphy); his daughter Mary; his son-in-law Richard Tousignant (Fred); his sister Vera Perry; his son Leonard; and his siblings, Malcolm, Harold, Earl, Lawrence, Carl, Hattie Burgoyne, Kathleen Demone, Helena Miller, Idella McNutt, Gertie Fleck, Bertha Eddy and Gloria Cunningham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
