It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Marie Phillips (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 24, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas McGrath and Violet McGrath; and her brother David DesBrisay. She is survived by: her husband Elmer; her son Brian; and her siblings, Susan, Margo, Nancy, Patsy, Brian and Robert.
