He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Hindy (Hiscock) and Pierce Hindy; his sister Elsie Stanford; his stepmother Lilian Hindy (Short); his brother Stanley; and his brothers-in-law, Leslie Stanford, Tom Downey and Ernest Pryor.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hindy (Graham); his daughter Mary Ann Hindy; his grandchildren, Chelsea Mary Pischinger (Jeremy Harlow) and Grant Josef Pischinger; his great grandchildren, Olivia Audrey Harlow and Diana Mary Harlow; and his siblings, Velma Downey, Doris Pryor, Glenys Tuck (Larry), Geraldine Harris (Don) and Robert Hindy (Debbie). He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
