He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hugh MacArthur and Sarah Kane (MacArthur). He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie MacArthur (MacLellan); his children, Crystal (Mark) and Colin (Lindsay); his grandson Liam; and his brothers, James, Grand Mira, Francis (Margo) and Cameron (Judy).
Due to Covid restrictions, there will be no visitation and only a small family Mass will be held at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church (Divine Mercy Parish) in Eastern Passage.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dan's memory to the NS Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
