Dave John McGrath Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dave John McGrath (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Dave's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Dave's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McGrath and Marguerite McGrath (Laekas); his siblings-in-law, Laurel, Margie and Leonard; and his niece Colleen.

He is survived by: his wife Joan McGrath (Gillis) of Lake Loon; his son Matthew McGrath (Rose); and his brothers, Phillip McGrath and Bruce McGrath (Karen). He is also survived by one grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
