He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Purdy; his daughter Shannon (Jason); his stepson Matthew; his grandsons, Wesley and Evan; and his siblings, Melvin, Kevin (Dawn) and Charlene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
