He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Borgal; his brother Kenneth Borgal; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Mumford and Jean Crawford. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Borgal (Patterson); his wife Christina Hilchie; his sisters, Marie Mumford and Judy (Claude); his nieces, Cathy Demone (Edwin), Christine Belanger (Richard) and Melanie Belanger (Reza); and his nephew John Casey (Karen).
