It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen Winifred MacDougall (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dougald MacDougall; her parents, Samuel Hudson and Isabella Hudson (Robertson); and her siblings, Harris Hudson, Samuel Hudson, Joan and Evelyn Keizer (Hudson).

She is survived by: her siblings, Wendell Hudson, Marvin Hudson and Lois Clarke (Hudson); her children, Sandy MacDougall (Anne), Gerald MacDougall (Alanagh), Glenda Fader (Don), Doreen Horner (late Gordon Horner), Ian MacDougall and Pam O'Callaghan (Terrance); her niece Dawn (late Clarence Evans); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Muise, Erin McLellan, Kevin MacDougall, Alex MacDougall, Robin MacDougall, Daniel MacDougall, Tamara MacDougall, Holly Settle, Jake Settle, Brandon MacDougall, Shelby MacDougall, Shannon O'Callaghan and Liam O'Callaghan. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, her family, friends.
