With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Ida Evans (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Clements; her husband Carleton; her children, Kathi Ann, Andrew (Buddy) and Warren; her grandchildren, Faye, Joy, Laurie, Danielle, Trevor and Joshua; and her siblings, Anne, Ruth, Evelyn (Nem), Barbara, Fanny, Francis, Reginald, William, Barry, Allan, Harold and Mervin.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline, Allan, Virginia, Darlene, Preston, Ralston, Leighton and Annette; her stepson David; her grandchildren, David Jr., Brenda Leigh, Douglas, Darren, Olisa, Bonita, Ernesta, Tony, Renee, Marcel, Beth, Dominic, Bobbi, Brandon, Tiffany, Demitri, Taya, Kyleigh, Andrew, Maxwell and Trico; her sisters, Carol and Bessie; her sisters-in-law, Pauline (William) and Phyllis (Harold); her godchild Terry Crawley; her aunts and uncles, Jackie, Ginny, Darlene (Aunt Dee), Annette, David, Peter, Ralston and Leighton; and her family, Loreno, Darienne, Amari, Raeven and Zaiya. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the East Preston United Baptist Church Building Fund, in memory of Elder Doris Evans.
