We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 87, Dorothy Elizabeth Hearn of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Samson and Saraphine Samson; her husband Thomas; and her siblings, Leonard, Loretta, Teresa and Shirley.

She is survived by: her children, Debi (Szopa) and Timothy; her grandchildren, Kristy and Colin; her great grandchildren, Kasten and Conrad; her sister Margaret (Cornell); and her sister-in-law Stella (Samson).
