He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Titus and Bertha Titus (Patterson). He is survived by: his children, Blaze (Katherine) and Melanie (Fabian); his siblings, Peter, Linda (Art) and Cheryl; his nieces and nephews, Jeannie Patterson, Lindsay Visser (Andrew Durkee), Adam Visser, Zachary Titus and Nicholas Titus; and his great-nephew Ryan Patterson (Heather Titus).
