He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Hunt and Douglas Hunt; his in-laws, Reginald and Marguerite Roma; and his siblings, Bill, Maurice, Jean and Pam.
He is survived by: his wife Betty (Roma); his daughters, Terri (Joachim) and Tammy; his grandchildren, Cole, Jack, Elizabeth and Harrison; and his sister Marilyn (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Doug's memory.
