He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chase and Bernice Chase (Parker); his wife Marion Beazley; his children, Gregory, George, Anne and Dave Holmes; and his siblings, John "Jack", Pearl, Phyllis, Sheila, Diane and Eileen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pauline (Jim Stuart) and Rita Bowes (Harry Dort); his daughter-in-law Shirley Chase; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Wanda Galliott, Taren (Thomas), James (Gillian) and Chantel (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Austin, Gabrielle, Kyleesha, Jordan, Haley, Adrianna, Cailey, Caitlin, Declyn, Maisy, Ryder, Kylie, Nevaeh and Quinton.
