He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Leonard and Mary Halley (Hodge); his wife Judy; and his brothers, Kerry and Lennie Halley.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Smith (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Liam and Kyleigh; his siblings, Sharon Marryatt (Bruce), Marie Halley and John Halley (Rose); and his sister-in-law Nancy Kerfont (Frankie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
