He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Barrington Paul and Ellen L. B. Paul (Furlong); and his sisters, Margaret, Ruth (Cottingham), Laurene (Thompson), Helen (MacNeil), Jesse (Wells), Judy Paul and Anne.
He is survived by: his wife Edith M. Paul (McClare); his children, Valerie (Randy), Bruce (Marta) and Arthur Douglas; his grandchildren, Miranda Romkey (Navin David), Leigha Clark (Scott Clark), Evan Paul, Cheryl Dorio (Daniel Dorio) and David Paul; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Ansley and Weston; and his brothers, Ian Paul (Norma) and David Paul (late Belle).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home (771 Main St, Dartmouth, NS B2W3T9). A reception was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Budd's memory, to Stevens Rd. United Baptist Church, or any food bank or charity.
