It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Lacey (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rumsey and Marion Rumsey (Crouse). She is survived by: her husband Harold; her sons, Randall and Darrell; her granddaughter Madison; and her siblings, Frank, Robert, Stephen, Eddie, Deborah Jamieson (Arthur), Sheila Ede (Albert), Cathy and Angela.
