She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Whittle and Beatrice Whittle (Eddy); her former husband Reg Warren; and her siblings, Doug, Bernard, Jim, Cec, Cyril, Bill Whittle, Mary Furlong and Dot Ryan.

She is survived by: her husband Reginald; her son Jim Warren (Janet); her grandchildren, Jessica Hart (Nick) and Jared Warren; her great grandchild Cameron Hart; her siblings, Marguerite Murphy and Kevin Whittle (Veronica); and her sister-in-law Hazel Whittle.

As a breast cancer survivor Elsie supported the Canadian Cancer Society so we ask that donations be made there in lieu of flowers.
