With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Francis Richard Osborne (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Osborne (Conrad) and Percy Osborne; his wife Gwen; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Carol Osborne; his siblings, Helen, Margaret McKillop, Evelyn Pepler and Murray Osborne; and his siblings-in-law, Iris Osborne, Fred Colbert, Elroy McKillop, Murdock McRae, Ian Pepler and Michael Bembridge.

He is survived by: his sisters, Rita Colbert and Marion Bembridge; and his granddaughter Catherine Osborne.
